I haven't been spending much time scrapping lately, but I have gotten a bunch of pages done lately. And some big multiphoto things that have been on the list for awhile. Mostly I've been busy and I'm going to miss another crop this month so I'm going to need to find some time to get some more pages crossed off my list!

By the way, this week was so awesome. I got Frozen on DVD and I just saw Muppets Most Wanted. I got some awesome new toys. We had three parties at work - and they weren't even for anyone leaving - including a surprise wedding shower that really was a big surprise! I am really happy that spring is finally here, even if the weather is still kind of mixed. It's been lighter out when I get out of work. Even work hasn't been as stressful.

I'm working on another instagram project called 100 Happy Days, in addition to #PennyPug365. I saw some people posting about it on Facebook and I decided to join. I found this detail on the website very disturbing:  71% of people tried to complete this challenge, but failed quoting lack of time as the main reason. These people simply did not have time to be happy. Do you?

Isn't that sad. People don't have time to be happy.

My one word for this year is bright and I really am trying to fight my grumpy disposition so I thought this would be a good experiment. I already take so many photos anyway. So the site says people who take this challenge do feel happier and notice other positive side effects, so why not! My username is rmcabana on Instagram if you want to follow my pics.

Anyway... back to scrapping. Here's my round up of the rest of February and so far in March.

Some pictures from Christmas morning and day 2012. Finally getting some of those pages done!

We took Derek to see the big tree for the first time in December.

My buds & I celebrating at the Rover christmas party.

This photo was in the paper featuring Kylie playing with some legos!

Maddie was in her Batgirl gear looking so cool!

Mad is so expressive - these were a bunch of pics I took on a car ride.

Derek is finally taking interest in his little cousin. He had so many things to show her!

Maddie at three months in here cute football hat!

More floor exercise time! It's so hard to believe that she was doing her floor exercise just a few months ago and now she's dong this....

Here's mom with her grandkiddos at her birthday party last August.

Here's a Randi page - she was out running this Powder Puff game on one of the hottest days of the year - just about a week before Maddie was born.

Here's a page about the award I won at work! It was so cool. Had to scrap it of course.

There was a challenge at TLP about a childhood memory - so I shared this one about how I once had a pet duck for a day. That has been on my scrap list for a long time!

This was tough. Another challenge - no words! I think this page looks so naked, but I think it's cool.

Terra cotta warriors. Finally scrapped. I love these photos so much so I didn't even use elements.

And here are my friends in their sweet production of Wizard of Oz!

More fun with iMovie!

I am really having fun figuring out video editing. I am staying up late putting together videos the way I used to stay up and play with brushes or download fonts when I first started learning Photoshop. Of course, back then, I was also working nigh hours, so staying up late wasn't a big deal.

I've been putting together some videos featuring my baby niece, but I'm saving those for my family. So I've been sharing some Penny stuff and toy collecting stuff. Here are my two newest videos.

I don't like how YouTube/Blogger is displaying! You can't see my graphics! Boo!!!

Here's one in which I open up some Doctor Who blind boxes. I was pretty happy with my haul!

And here's one in which I go looking for this little blue dog that I just fell in love with at Toy Fair! This also has some commentary from Penny! :)

And if you really want to laugh at me, here's a new video from Mommy & Gracie called "Miss Robin's Revenge," in which I get to show off my arrow slinging skills!

The Lost Missons

I'm three episodes in and the final season of Clone Wars is so good! The main cast of characters - Obi Wan, Anakin, Yoda - have barely made cameos. All of the seasons are now available on Netflix. I haven't seen them all - I started watching during Season 5 and have tried to catch as many as I can (which was not easy after it got yanked from Cartoon Network!). The story telling, character development and acting is really good - makes me wish that Episodes I-III were done more like the cartoon version.  There are also some great cameos - David Tennant voices a droid in Season 5.

The trailer for these new episodes is so jammed packed with awesomeness. It looks like they're going to answer so many things the movies don't even get to and there's some Yoda action that looks promising.

I don't know if I'm going to get anything done this weekend! I'm kind of sad this is all coming to an end, but I'm really looking forward to the new Star Wars Rebels series. That should help!

Penny Vs The Pig Popper

I got Penny this new treat holder that's also like a toy - the Party Popper pig. It's freaking hilarious and I just had to make a video about it. Maybe I enjoyed this more than Penny did, but she was hanging out under kitchen table all night hoping to get some more of these treats!

Check it out! Let me know what you think, too!

Looking for a Yellow Submarine

A few weeks ago, I posted about my mission to find the K'Nex Yellow Submarine. Well, I finally finished my little video about it! I keep forgetting to turn my phone around when I shoot video so please excuse the verticality of it all!

It was fun to figure out how to do some editing and stuff in iMovie. And I drew this little cover graphic, too!

I feel kind of dorky about posting this on Facebook just yet, but if you do watch, please leave me a comment on YouTube or here or send me a note and let me know what you think!

And... I finally got some Gorilla Super Glue so my Yellow Submarine is DONE! Now I'm just afraid to move it. I'm glad I got it, but K'nex is not my favorite. Legos are way more awesome.
