Merry Christmas!!!!!!! 

My friend and co-worker Melissa got me these cool postcards from the Salvador Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Fla. She was there for a Poynter workshop. I didn't even know they had a museum there. Melissa is also a postcard collector. She's also flying home to Ohio today for Christmas -- she's the only person I know who'd rather not go home for the holidays!!! Melissa and I surprised each other with gifts the other day. She gave me these postcards and SpongeBob ornaments and I gave her a little SpongeBob bag with candy in it. Great minds think alike! 

I am feeling so beat up and cranky. I hate being sick. I don't even have the energy to look for a postcard to scan! I've taken two naps today. I'm bored, but I don't want to do anything. Am not feeling creative at all. Wah, wah wah!!!! 

We went to New York City yesterday to see the tree and do some shopping. It was a great idea to go on a Monday because the crowds weren't too bad. I bought myself some new ornaments in the Disney store and a new album for my scrapbook layouts. We also came across a flea market type thing in Bryant Park. And it wasn't too cold out, so it was a great day. 

I picked these 2 today in honor of my friend Nancy, whose birthday is today! She loves M&Ms and Maxine!  

I got this postcard on my trip to Italy in 2001 to visit Betty and Randi. We took a trip by train and then bus from Florence to meet Randi in Urbino. We got to see a lot of Tuscany, but it was very hot in August and the sunflowers were starting to die. It was so sad! There were so many fields of them. I've never seen anything like it. But since I didn't get to take a photo, I have this to remember them by.
